Prepping baby’s nursery for their arrival is undoubtedly one of the most exciting parts of expecting. But deciding on a colour scheme and theme can be a toughie. Sometimes it can be easier to buy your interior bundle, and decorate accordingly. Read Paige Crowson’s Balloon Bedding Review below to find out if this popular bundle is your new nursery aesthetic.
When I first spotted the Balloon interior range on the Mamas & Papas website, I knew I needed it. One, because the organised side of me thought, neutral, perfect for a potential baby number 3. And two, I can’t resist a rainbow print for our rainbow baby!
I love a white and grey colour scheme for a nursery, I find it sets a calm and warm atmosphere. It also makes it is easy to accessorize with pops of colour. I personally love a mustard yellow accent!
The drawstring bags that the collection comes in are cotton and reusable. It definitely adds a sense of quality. I am using the drawstring bags in my nappy bag to store spare clothes and toys. But they would also be great for organising a hospital bag.
The quality of the bedding is excellent. It is made from 100% jersey cotton, it is super soft. The sheets fit our cotbed perfectly, with no excess material. The quilt is also a huge hit with our little boy, he dislikes a grow bag but likes the weight and comfort of a quilt. The bedding washes really well and doesn’t fade, I’m not one for being good at keeping my whites glowing, but I am proud to say Oakley’s bedding is still bright white!
